Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Queensland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people in their homes, enabling them to live their best life possible.
The Responsibilities- Providing personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
- Offering domestic support such as light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Supporting customers with daily living tasks, social activities, shopping/groceries and travel to medical appointments
- Maintaining customer well-being and reporting on progress
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services
- Assist With Medications Certificate (HLTHPS006)
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Criminal Record Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle and smartphone with internet access
