Job Role

We are seeking a Care and Support Specialist to join our team in Queensland. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people in their homes, enabling them to live their best life possible.

The Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
  • Offering domestic support such as light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
  • Supporting customers with daily living tasks, social activities, shopping/groceries and travel to medical appointments
  • Maintaining customer well-being and reporting on progress
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services
  • Assist With Medications Certificate (HLTHPS006)
  • CPR / First Aid Certification
  • Criminal Record Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle and smartphone with internet access
