As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our clients, assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, domestic assistance, transportation, medication reminders and other activities of daily living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Transport clients to appointments and social events
  • Administer medication as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services
  • A current Australian National Police check
  • A first aid and CPR certificate
  • A smart mobile phone
  • A driver's licence and reliable vehicle
