Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist role supports key contracts for the sustainment of critical programs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain currency of existing contracts, negotiate variations, and implement solutions.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, promote collaboration, and ensure timely compliance.
  • Develop practical solutions to complex procurement issues and identify sourcing strategies.
  • Negotiate and execute contract documentation in accordance with delegations of authority.
  • Ensure subcontractor invoicing compliance and reporting.
  • Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning.
