Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to support the procurement function for general goods and services. This role requires flexibility, strong time management skills, and a customer-centric approach.
About the Role:- Provide expert procurement advice and services to various stakeholders throughout the state.
- Assist in creating and managing profiles within the department's travel management system, along with related inquiries.
- Support the effective management of initiatives across multiple Departmental Contacts, Standing offer Arrangements, and Pre-Qualified Panels.
- Review incoming requests, ensuring necessary information is gathered prior to allocation to a procurement delegate.
- Develop and implement efficient procurement strategies to meet business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify best-value solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and improve overall service delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Proven experience in procurement or a related field.
