
Compassionate Speech Language Clinician Wanted

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our Therapy, Education and Support Services team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and/or adults with developmental delay and/or disability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based clinical services under the mentoring and guidance of a highly trained and experienced Leadership Team.
- Deliver day-to-day clinical services within the Therapy, Education and Support Services team.
- Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice.
You will also be responsible for developing and communicating ideas for innovation and improvement, recognizing and supporting cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers, and working collaboratively with enthusiasm, recognizing contributions from all members of the team.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in staff supervision and student placements.
- Contribute to building a fantastic team culture.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Therapist.
- Experience in supporting and mentoring others.
- Qualifications such as a Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
- Current professional membership with SPA or AHPRA.
- Safety Screening, including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
