Business Development Manager, Mergers and Acquisitions

As a Business Development Manager in our Mergers and Acquisitions team at Allens, you will play a key role in delivering highly successful outcomes for leading companies and financial sponsors across Australia and globally.
Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance work with exposure to a broad range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology, and retail.
Gaining extensive knowledge of complex transactions while working closely with Partners and the wider team to develop innovative solutions.
RequirementsYou will have:
- A proven track record in a leading Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice from a top-tier national or international firm.
- An ability to effectively manage smaller matters and elements of larger transactions.
- Excellent academics with a strong understanding of business acumen.
