Key Performance Indicators and Partnership
Fleet & Facilities Business Partner

This role requires a collaborative partnership of the facilities and fleet operations portfolios to develop and implement programs, projects, and services ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security requirements, as well as organizational policies.

  • Perform operational duties in alignment with strategic objectives, ensuring optimal service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with directors and teams responsible for providing workplace services to ensure seamless collaboration and effective maintenance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance property, facilities, and fleet outcomes.

Reporting and Budgeting
The Role:

  • Responsible for managing budgets, costing, and allocations, identifying value-for-money projects and services to support executive-level decision making.
  • Monitor and report on critical business issues, including developing and reviewing variations to relevant client services.
