Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is seeking a driven and experienced New Account Manager to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our Consumables (FMCG) category, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with Sellers, including Brand Owners and Resellers.

In this role, you will initiate and manage new business opportunities, assist sellers in optimizing their account performance, and work closely with internal Amazon teams to determine the best solutions for their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, with experience developing relationships across functional areas such as procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain, and IT.

You will be required to work autonomously, taking responsibility for achieving business objectives in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment.

This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess sound business judgment, the ability to influence others, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Assist sellers with registration and support new business launches on Amazon Marketplace
  • Meet or exceed targets for account management, including adoption of Amazon tools to ensure Selling Partner Success
  • Learn and become a subject matter expert on Amazon Seller Central, including tools such as Sponsored Advertising, Brand Builder, and Promotions
  • Educate and network with key prospect and seller contacts
  • Rrelay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams
  • Work closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service, and other key internal stakeholders

Estimate Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
