Warehouse Operations Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders with precision and efficiency
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering results on time
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Assisting the team as needed to achieve common goals
  • Ensuring the storeroom is organized and safe
  • Contributing to a culture of safety by prioritizing it in everything we do

Please note that this role requires physical stamina, including lifting up to 20kg.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, focusing on receiving and dispatching
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A valid driver's license and forklift license (an advantage)
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20kg
  • A commitment to safety and building strong working relationships
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for excellence and continuous improvement
