Logistics and Materials Handling Coordinator

Key responsibilities of this role include overseeing the materials handling and logistics operations ensuring trucks are received and dispatched in a safe and timely manner. The Logistics and Materials Handling Technician will participate in daily and weekly meetings, assist with development and review of policies and procedures, and report any plant or equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in materials handling and logistics operations of Ammonium Nitrate, bagging, bulk, containerised and ANSol consignments.
  • Operate; Integrated Tool Carriers, Forklifts, Conveyors and other bulk handling equipment.
  • Assist the Logistics and Materials Handling Superintendent and Logistics and Materials Handling Coordinator in the development, review and implementation area specific policies and procedures.
