Job Title: Lifeguard

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable lifeguards to join our team at the Bethania Aquatic Centre. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment around our pools.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Monitor and respond to emergencies, including rescues and first aid.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) certification.
  • Current CPR Certificate.
  • National Police Check.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
