Job Title: Lifeguard

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable lifeguards to join our team at the Bethania Aquatic Centre. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment around our pools.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patrons
  • Monitor and respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct regular pool inspections and report any hazards or issues to management
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
Requirements:
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check and Working with Children's Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
