The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Bethania Aquatic Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment around our pools.

You will have a passion for water safety and be able to communicate effectively with people of all ages and abilities. You should be energetic, dynamic, and fun, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor pool areas and respond to emergencies
  • Provide customer service and support to patrons
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) certification
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate

We offer a casual opportunity for the right candidate, with the option to pay for your Lifeguard qualification if you don't already hold one. Our qualified trainers and assessors will ensure you are fully trained and qualified to become a Lifeguard.
