We are seeking a talented professional to join our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Talent Register.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace;
- supporting the growth and development of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander talent; and
- collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing advice on cultural competency and inclusion strategies;
- Developing and implementing initiatives to promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment opportunities;
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations and government agencies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a strong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and communities;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
