Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Power Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of various lighting systems and solar power solutions.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to support customized design and project delivery.
  • Install, troubleshoot and repair various indoor and outdoor lighting systems.
  • Perform electrical wiring and configuration for new installations and upgrades.
  • Install and commission Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
  • Supervise subcontractor works to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Provide preventative maintenance and responsive repairs across systems.
  • Install and maintain EV charging stations, ensuring safety and performance.
  • Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and electrical codes.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Qualifications:
  • Valid NSW Electrical Licence.
  • CEC/SAA Accreditation in Solar PV and BESS installation (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid Driver's Licence and White Card (Construction Induction Card).
  • Proven experience in lighting, Solar PV, and battery installations.
  • Strong communication and site documentation skills.
  • Ability to read technical documents and blueprints.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor conditions.
  • Commitment to safety and continuous professional development.
