About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced early childhood educator to join our team of dedicated professionals.

  • As an educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  2. Work closely with other educators and support staff to achieve program goals and improve outcomes for children.
  3. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  4. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a minimum ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification in Children's Services.

  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
  • Proven sector experience within an early childhood service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
