Location: Perth region, WA – All centres are located within the Perth and surrounds region in WA

Salary Range: Early Childhood Teachers – ranging from $43.55 p/hr to $66.09 p/hr + Superannuation (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Help provide the best start to a child's life. Make a lasting impact while growing an incredible career
  • Be involved in delivering high-quality early learning programs and supporting children's development
  • Build meaningful relationships with families to support each child's sense of belonging
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs
What You'll Need
  • Teacher – Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Teachers Registration
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom, engaging with educators, families and children
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Ability to seek and share best practice to improve the education program
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
