Production Training Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Trainer to join our team at Youfoodz, an exciting growth phase for one of the fastest-growing global food tech companies. As a key member of our production team, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering training programs that focus on compliance and safety.
What You'll Do
- Lead engaging induction sessions for new team members to ensure they have a strong understanding of our operations and procedures.
- Develop tailored training and development plans aligned with company growth strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Measure and assess the impact of training initiatives on the team and business to ensure we are achieving our goals.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure effective application of training and address any questions or concerns our team members may have.
- Keep training programs relevant, up-to-date, and valuable for our business needs by staying informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Training Manager in creating in-house learning materials and programs to enhance the learning experience for our team members.
- Partner with various departments to understand and address their training needs and develop targeted solutions to meet those needs.
- Update programs to reflect best practices and changing regulatory requirements to ensure our team is always up-to-date.
- Foster employee engagement by modeling positive behaviors in line with our values and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- A competitive salary of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
- Certificate IV TAE40110 + LLN+TAESS502 Design and Develop Assessment Tools, or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience as a food production worker, with supervisory experience in food manufacturing and an understanding of GMP regulatory compliance.
- Desirable with experience as a Learning Partner or Trainer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A passion for supporting others in achieving learning outcomes.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Awareness and sensitivity to diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
- Enthusiasm for creating positive learning experiences.
