Midwife/Nurse Role

Join us in providing expert care to our patients as a midwife/registered nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on the needs of expectant mothers and their families.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, documenting findings accurately and promptly.
  • Promote a supportive environment, identifying potential issues through collaboration with patients, families, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and document anticipated needs of pregnant women and their families during and post-hospitalization.
  • Perform planned nursing care, set priorities, and adjust according to changing circumstances.
  • Routinely review diagnostic results and investigate outcomes of interventions, reporting significant findings promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications

Hold current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of relevant acts and legislation impacting nursing practice.

A minimum of 2 years' recent clinical experience in Maternity and/or NICU specialties is required.

  • Casual hourly rate: $50.15 to $63.68, inclusive of casual loading, plus 12% superannuation.
