The Role:

As a Home Care Assistant, you will deliver individualised support and assistance to clients, enabling them to maintain independence. Responsibilities include monitoring client well-being, transportation, home maintenance, personal care, meal preparation, and other activities that promote health and wellbeing.

You will demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality care, ensuring all in-home care is provided in a personalised, caring, and respectful manner.

Key Requirements:

  • Pas-sion for aged care community services
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Respect for all individuals, regardless of background or culture
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, and computer skills
  • Flexible approach to meeting client needs

Certificate III in Ageing or similar qualification required. A full driver's license and suitable transportation also essential.
