Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage yard operations, including forklift operations, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
  • Ensure a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including forklifts, to move or reposition equipment as needed.
  • Load and unload equipment, and classify machinery on return, checking for damage and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Perform general yard and workshop duties as required, including administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Forklift license and demonstrated experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the equipment rental industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Commitment to quality, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
