We seek a seasoned professional to fill the position of Associate. This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering expert advisory services to clients, overseeing junior colleagues, and driving strategic insights into the energy transition.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute timely and rigorous quantitative analyses to enhance decision-making capabilities for clients
  • Collaborate closely with our modeling team to structure complex economic problems into quantifiable analysis and derive meaningful insights from model results
  • Monitor emerging policy and market trends
  • Engage deeply with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their interests and uncover new insights
  • Effectively communicate findings to clients through workshops and conferences, converting complex analysis into actionable insights via compelling presentations
  • Contribute to product development by identifying opportunities for growth and expanding our capabilities
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience at a major consultancy, energy company, financial institution, or other knowledge-driven firm
  • First-class or high second-class university degree
  • Demonstrated success in taking ownership of project and process management in dynamic team environments
  • Proven ability to interpret and derive valuable insights from complex quantitative data and information
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong desire to grow and develop the business
