We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Manager to join our team at EDT Global Pty Ltd.


Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Description:



  • Support businesses through financial distress, driving strategic restructuring plans and ensuring compliance with Australian insolvency laws;
  • Provide expert advice to restructuring clients on a wide range of financial matters;
  • Lead insolvency proceedings, including liquidations, receiverships, and voluntary administrations;
  • Train and support junior staff in their professional development;
  • Craft clear, concise reports and cash flow forecasts that inform critical business decisions;
  • Analyze complex financial data to develop creative solutions that drive business success;
  • Liaise effectively with stakeholders, creditors, and legal professionals to achieve positive outcomes;
  • Sell assets on behalf of clients to maximize returns.

Requirements:



  • Prior experience in insolvency and restructuring;
  • Strong knowledge of Australian insolvency legislation and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • A proven analytical mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
