Restructuring & Insolvency Manager / Senior Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting businesses through financial distress, driving strategic restructuring plans, and ensuring compliance with Australian insolvency laws.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large portfolio of clients from various industries
  • Provide expert advice to restructuring clients
  • Lead insolvency proceedings, including liquidations, receiverships, and voluntary administrations
  • Support, guide, and train junior staff
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills
  • Liaise effectively with stakeholders, legal professionals, and creditors
  • Prepare and deliver major reports
  • Conduct cash flow forecasting
  • Perform independent business reviews
  • Manage asset sales
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements


Requirements

  • Proven experience in insolvency
  • Strong knowledge of Australian insolvency legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think analytically and develop creative solutions
