Capital Transactions Expert

As a key member of our investment team, you will collaborate closely with the CIO and Head of Transactions to drive strategic growth through acquisitions, divestments, and capital structuring.

About the Role:
  • Support investment decisions and transactions with in-depth analysis
  • Conduct market research to inform business strategies
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders, including investors and industry partners
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in capital transactions, real estate advisory, or investment banking
  • Familiarity with Australian real estate and investment underwriting principles
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and contribute meaningfully in a dynamic environment
