**The Opportunity**

Join Stockland as we expand our institutional capital platform. Reporting to the Head of Capital Solutions, this newly created role is key to executing new capital partnerships and developing innovative capital strategies and products. Collaborate with the originations and funds management teams to support Stockland's growth and enhance our reputation in wholesale capital markets.

This is a full time role based from our Sydney head office on Castlereagh street.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Support the Head of Capital Solutions in establishing a leading capital solutions team.
- Lead the development and execution of new capital partnerships.
- Engage with institutional investors to market and negotiate partnerships.
- Oversee legal documentation and negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage and coordinate investment opportunity pitches.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on capital partnering strategies.
- Provide insights on real estate markets.
- Manage complex transactions and ensure strategic alignment.
- Oversee transaction processes, due diligence, and governance.

**About You**

You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate transactions and capital raising. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional investors is exceptional. You bring expertise in investor governance and funds management, coupled with advanced analytical skills.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly across various business units. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to effectively convey complex ideas and anticipate the needs of stakeholders. Detail-oriented and results-driven, you excel at prioritising tasks and navigating competing demands to achieve business outcomes.
