Job Description:

This is a career-defining opportunity to lead and manage an approvals and planning team to secure major project approvals for clients in the renewable (wind farms, solar, hydrogen etc), mining, infrastructure and industrial space.

As a leader and mentor, you will identify emerging talent and work with them to reach their full potential; ensure rising stars are nurtured, developed and given new areas of responsibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Environmental Assessment: Expertise in environmental assessment projects and related approvals management.
  • Talent Development: Ability to identify, develop and nurture high-potential employees.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
