About the Role

This newly created position involves managing and maintaining strong resident and family partnerships while delivering exceptional daily resident experiences. You will also lead and mentor a team of activity coordinators and cleaners within the care facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents in coordinating and managing their day to enable them to spend leisure time doing activities they love.
  • Manage the Activities Team to ensure a variety of innovative activities are delivered, aligned with residents' interests.
  • Oversee housekeeping and laundry functions, ensuring the presentation of front-of-house areas is maintained.
  • Ensure the dining experience delights residents and encourages socialising and connection with others.
Requirements

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in hospitality, guest service, aged care, client service, or event management roles. A strong background in leadership, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a desire to provide outstanding service to our residents and their families are essential.
