Key Responsibilities


We are seeking a visionary leader to head our culinary team, with the goal of elevating the hotel's dining reputation. As the Chief Culinary Officer, you will oversee daily kitchen operations for conferences and events, collaborating closely with senior chefs to design menus that showcase our luxury positioning and seasonal creativity.


You will lead a high-performing team of culinary experts, mentoring and motivating them to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. This involves working seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Events, Food & Beverage, and Sales, to deliver memorable events from concept to plate.


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end catering environment
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team to success through a caring and coaching approach
  • Creative flair and passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent knowledge and practice of food hygiene standards
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
