Randstad is seeking experienced professionals for various WA State Government projects.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a range of activities and initiatives in support of the Division's objectives. This includes contributing to the development, implementation, and monitoring of project performance, operational plans, programs, and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages project activities and initiatives
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of project performance, operational plans, programs, and strategies
  • Assists with process improvements, change management activities, and guidelines
  • Provides subject matter expertise, advice, and consultancy while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Produces informative reporting for the Business and Corporate Executive on project success, progress, and outcomes

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Substantial experience and proven ability in project initiation and management, including design, development, implementation, and delivery within agreed timeframes and evaluation and review
  • Highly developed conceptual, research, analytic, and problem-solving skills, including initiative and the ability to identify issues and remedies
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels and present ideas and tasks clearly and accurately
  • Proven ability and experience in building and sustaining relationships and motivating team members
