About the Role

Lead financial reporting for a major property portfolio on a fixed-term contract. Commercial property experience is essential.

  • Manage financial data and reporting for a large commercial property portfolio
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly accruals
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders
  • Maintain and reconcile property balance sheets and fixed asset registers
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders through business partnering
  • Support group-wide financial reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Commercial Property experience is mandatory
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • CPA/CA qualified
  • A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial or retail property accounting
