Drive Business Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to drive impactful change and deliver high-quality business outcomes. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformation across our portfolio of strategic projects.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, senior leaders, and cross-functional squads to define, document, and deliver business requirements through all phases of the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, producing high-quality documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Business Problems & Requirements: Lead the investigation of business problems, gathering technical and non-technical information to define detailed business requirements.
  • Elicit and Document Stakeholder Needs: Identify stakeholders and facilitate workshops to capture, validate, and document business needs, priorities, use cases, and system requirements.
  • Requirements Traceability & Quality Assurance: Ensure strong traceability between business requirements through development and testing, supporting defect investigation and test documentation in collaboration with QA and PMs.
  • Process & System Analysis: Analyze data, impacted systems, and customer experiences to validate requirements, identify change points, and drive process improvement opportunities.
  • Business Process Modelling & Creative Problem Solving: Model processes and apply creative thinking to solve business challenges, ensuring clear and concise documentation of outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide coaching and guidance to team members on complex issues, fostering long-term capability growth and adherence to best-practice BA methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build strong, professional relationships with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, demonstrating leadership in facilitation, collaboration, and communication.
  • RAID & Reporting Management: Lead RAID management practices and support decision-making with impactful dashboards, reports, and insights.
What You Bring
  • Technical Business Analysis Expertise: 5+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst covering both business and technical requirements.
  • Strong Background in Business and Technical Requirements Gathering: A strong background in both business and technical requirements gathering.
  • Agile Environment Experience: Experience working in Agile environments and project delivery frameworks.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Service Now, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Skilled in stakeholder management and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Analytical, Documentation, and Facilitation Skills: Strong analytical, documentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Fundamentals: Familiarity with project management fundamentals.
  • A Team-First Mindset: A team-first mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Procedure Writing Experience: Experience writing procedures and documenting processes.
