Job Description

As a Transformational Business Leader, you will be responsible for spearheading business-to-business, business-to-consumer, and business-to-government sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the organization's expansion and growth ambitions
  • Identify new markets and segments for potential expansion, including developing funding strategies
  • Drive growth through localised collaboration with local organisations, councils, and community groups
  • Provide strong leadership, guidance and mentorship to the business development team

You will be responsible for leading a team of business development specialists, fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. You will also be required to develop sales strategies and value propositions to effectively position the organisation's services that aligns to the company vision.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary and post graduate qualifications preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior business development or commercial leadership role, ideally within health, aged care, or community services
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through B2B, B2C, and B2G strategies
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capability
