About the Accounts Payable Officer Position:
The role of an Accounts Payable Officer is crucial in supporting the financial well-being of an organisation by ensuring accurate and timely presentation of financial information.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and friendly team of accounts officers, where you will be responsible for assisting the accounts payable manager with accounts payable processes, statement reconciliation, vendor maintenance, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the accounts payable manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with accounts payable processes, such as invoicing, payment processing, and vendor management
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including statements and invoices
- Collaborating with the accounts payable team to achieve organisational goals and objectives
