Accounts Payable Professional

The role of a Senior Accounts Payable Officer is a key position within our finance team. The primary objective of this position is to ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments to vendors and contract partners.
Main Responsibilities:- Invoice and payment processing in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Reconciliation of corporate credit cards and accounts payable transactions to prevent discrepancies and errors.
- Maintenance of effective stakeholder and vendor relations, including Contract Partners, Trades, Suppliers etc.
- Providing administrative support and Reception cover when required.
To be successful in this role, candidates will require relevant formal qualifications or previous experience in Administration, Accounting or similar fields. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
- High level of communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with end-to-end Accounts Payable processes (desirable, not essential).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
