About the Role

As a Senior Partner Information Security at Bank of Queensland, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation and monitoring of our Risk Management Strategy (RMS) and operational risk management framework (ORMF). Your focus will be on managing technology, information security, and service delivery risks, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and best practices.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Group Technology and Information Security to manage these risks effectively, providing trusted advice on issue and incident management. You will also conduct operational risk assurance reviews and deliver insightful reports, contributing to a strong risk culture across the Group.

About You

You have extensive experience in designing and leading assurance reviews within the financial services sector, with significant expertise in technology risk, information security, and service delivery. Your deep understanding of the value an effective control environment brings to a business is complemented by your ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and meet timelines.

Your in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in best practices for control design and assurance, particularly relating to information security and service delivery, are matched by your strong grasp of regulatory requirements and risk management best practices. You possess excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and are adept at effective communication and stakeholder management.
