About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Risk Specialist to join Bank of Queensland's team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and oversight on Operational Resilience risks to ensure business continuity.

Your primary duties include:

  • Developing and maintaining Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing thought-leadership on Operational Resilience management, encompassing anticipation, resilience, and recovery from business disruptions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with BCM policies and frameworks

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in a related field, such as Commerce, Business, Finance, or Risk Management. A deep understanding of Business Continuity principles, processes, and procedures is essential.

Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting risk assessments are necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with all levels of Bank of Queensland.

You should have extensive experience partnering with business functions and working collaboratively across departments to enhance operational resilience capabilities.
