Project Coordinator Opportunity

Challenger Limited is a leading investment management firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of projects, managing timelines, and maintaining high standards of project governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring tasks and milestones are clearly defined and tracked.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, risk logs, and project plans.
  • Act as a primary contact point for project-related queries, communicating effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, assisting in the development of mitigation plans and ensuring they are escalated where necessary.
  • Support budget monitoring activities by tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and ensuring project resources are allocated effectively.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven experience of managing multiple priorities and keeping projects or workstreams on track.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting managers or teams in delivering projects, change initiatives or events.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels.
