Technical Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to join our Training Academy team in Scoresby, VIC. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in providing technical training and support on the Daikin Product range to our technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and presentations to achieve the required learning outcomes.
- Manage all logistics and administration required around program delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
- Present course material and conduct learning assessments as required, providing constructive feedback to participants.
- Provide technical information and support to assist technicians with fault-finding and problem-solving, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional results.
- Enter all calls into the database with a detailed outline of the problem or issue and the recommended course of action, ensuring accurate records and effective communication.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong passion for the training aspect of the HVAC industry. You will have a HVAC trade qualification and/or degree in a relevant engineering field, with a proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Previous experience in a Service Technician role will be highly regarded, and you will hold an unrestricted Refrigerant Handling License (ARC) or be willing to obtain one.
