Position Overview
An exciting opportunity exists for a Technical Trainer / Advisor to become a vital part of the Training Academy team. This role focuses on delivering technical training and providing phone support for the Daikin product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging course materials and presentations to meet learning objectives.
- Oversee all logistical and administrative tasks related to program execution.
- Deliver training sessions and conduct assessments as necessary.
- Offer technical insights and support regarding Daikin's products to assist technicians in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Document all inquiries in the database, detailing the problem and the suggested solutions for clients.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of an HVAC trade qualification or a relevant engineering degree.
- A strong desire to transition into the training sector of the HVAC industry.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and development within the HVAC field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish rapport.
- Prior experience as a Service Technician is highly advantageous.
- Unrestricted Refrigerant Handling License (ARC) or willingness to obtain one.
