About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Technical Trainer to join our Training Academy team at Daikin. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in providing technical training and support to our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs and materials to achieve the required learning outcomes.
- Manage all logistics and administration required around program delivery, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
- Present course material and conduct learning assessments to evaluate participant understanding and progress.
- Provide technical information and support to assist customers with fault-finding and problem-solving, leveraging your expertise in Daikin's product range.
- Enter all calls into the database with a detailed outline of the problem or issue and the recommended course of action.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A HVAC trade qualification and/or a degree in a relevant engineering field.
- A strong passion for training and development in the HVAC industry.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a service technician role, with a strong understanding of Daikin's product range.
- An unrestricted Refrigerant Handling License (ARC) and/or a willingness to obtain.
