About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a casual worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities in residential, community access, and supported independent living settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living and personal care for individuals with disabilities
  • Create a supportive environment that promotes independence and inclusion
  • Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and accessing community resources
  • Administer medication, monitor health, and keep accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams
  • Respond to emergencies, uphold confidentiality, and provide emotional support
Requirements
  • Australian Certificate III or higher in Disabilities, Community Services, Individual Support, Mental Health, or similar
  • Australian Drivers License (Full License)
  • NDIS Worker Check
  • NT Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • The ability to work a mixture of day, night, and weekend shifts as required
