About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Systems Officer to join our team, responsible for administering, supporting and continually improving the organisation's ICT infrastructure.

As a key member of the IT team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver reliable IT services and drive modernisation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain business-critical IT environments, including Citrix deployments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, MECM, and hardware/software maintenance.
  • Have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud migration, administration, and optimisation.
  • Knowledge and skills in managing and maintaining virtualised environments using VMware and Hyper Converged Infrastructure.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in supporting complex IT systems and technologies.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • A strong understanding of security protocols and best practices.
