A Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the HR and Payroll teams, ensuring smooth system updates and changes. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise HR and Payroll Systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
About the RoleThe Support Analyst will work on a 12 month contract, focusing on HR and Payroll projects. The role will involve analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving Level 2 incidents, as well as performing user administration, data integrity management, and providing user support through documentation and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to the HR and Payroll teams
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 2 incidents
- Perform user administration, data integrity management, and provide user support
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar Level 2 support or analyst role, preferably within HRIS or Payroll environments
- Experience supporting enterprise HR and Payroll Systems
- Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll process and data structures
- Proficiency in user administration and access control
