Procurement Role Overview

This exciting role is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company as a Procurement Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting direct material procurement and driving commercial and operational performance through effective supplier relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities
  • Assemble RFQ packages and execute competitive quoting and benchmarking activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new product launches and design changes
  • Work with suppliers to improve quality, delivery, and overall performance
  • Identify and execute cost savings initiatives through resourceful activities and value engineering
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Preferred Skills:
  • Practical knowledge of supplier management and sourcing principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical and computer-related skills, with Oracle experience an advantage
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships with internal partners and suppliers
