Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities
- Assemble RFQ packages and execute competitive quoting and benchmarking activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new product launches and design changes
- Work with supplier quality teams to improve performance and resolve issues
- Identify and execute cost savings initiatives through resourcing activities, supplier negotiations, and value analysis/ engineering activities
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
- Proven communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical and computer-related skills, including Oracle experience
- Ability to manage multiple key activities and prioritize tasks effectively
