Senior Relationship Associate Job Description

As a Senior Relationship Associate, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong business relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Agribusiness Relationship Managers and their customer portfolio, gaining exposure to larger and more complex customers
  • Deepen existing customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions across all product suites
  • Onboard new customers, obtain necessary information and documentation, and complete application forms
  • Build strong relationships with customers via phone and email, as well as join customer visits to deliver exceptional experiences

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in finance or a related discipline
  • Experience in or solid knowledge of agribusiness lending and credit risk principles
  • Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements
  • Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, cash flows, and markets would be beneficial
  • The ability to proactively support dedicated Bankers in thinking outside the square to deliver innovative solutions
