About the Opportunity

This is a senior-level position reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee the full financial function and take responsibility for end-to-end reporting, statutory accounts, treasury, tax, audit, and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the entire financial cycle, including month-end, half-year, year-end, and consolidated statutory reporting,
  • Manage treasury and short-term cash flow forecasting to support operational discipline,
  • Oversee tax compliance, including ITR, FBT, and tax effect accounting,
  • Drive accuracy and governance across accounts payable and supplier payments,
  • Lead external audit processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships,
  • Support and develop a team, including a Senior Accountant and AP Officer.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,
  • Proven experience leading finance in mining, resources, or heavy industry,
  • Technical expertise and comfort working at pace,
  • Confidence in managing lean teams and owning end-to-end processes,
  • Familiarity with Pronto ERP is an advantage.
