Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employment Coach to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with clients to understand their career aspirations and provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Source and create career opportunities that match client needs and abilities.
  • Champion inclusive employment practices and promote workforce diversity.
  • Engage with employers to address skill shortages and facilitate role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to develop client skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Current Driver's License - essential.
