About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Enrolments & Admissions Advisor to join our team. As an advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding prospective delegates and their employers in selecting the right course to meet their career goals.
You'll be responsible for responding to enquiries from various channels, providing clear advice and managing the full enrolment process, including payment and documentation. This will involve handling inbound/outbound enquiries, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for response times, conversions, and service quality.
Key responsibilities include matching delegates with suitable courses based on their goals and eligibility, processing enrolments accurately and ensuring compliance, and managing leads and data using Salesforce and Axcelerate.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a call centre or lead management role, ideally in education or a relevant sector. They'll possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A Defence security clearance is required for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
